How do I book, and how far in advance?+

We recommend booking one to two weeks ahead; extensions and bespoke wigs require additional lead time. Appointments can be made via WhatsApp or phone.

Can my first visit be a consultation only?+

Absolutely. We offer a complimentary hair consultation so you can understand the right approach for you, with no pressure at all.

Will I be pushed to buy anything during the consultation?+

Never. Our philosophy is 'understand you first, serve you second' — consultations are purely to understand your needs, with no hard selling.

True expertise lies in seeing the whole picture. Everyday hairdressing, extensions and wigs are not, to us, three separate crafts, but one: hair. Every stylist attends to you from start to finish, because we understand that a cut affects how colour and perming settle, colour affects how extensions blend, and a wig must sit in harmony with your everyday style. Divide the process, and seamlessness is lost.

Will extensions damage my hair?+

No. We use a professional seamless technique that, with correct application and care, not only avoids damage but helps protect your natural hair.

How long do extensions last?+

Typically 3 to 4 months, depending on hair growth and daily care. We provide complete aftercare guidance.

Can I wash my hair and tie it up normally after extensions?+

Yes. Everyday washing, brushing and tying are unaffected — simply use gentle products and the correct technique.

How long does a bespoke wig take?+

Generally 2 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity. We begin with head-shape mapping and colour matching to ensure a perfect fit to your needs.

Are wigs uncomfortable to wear?+

Not with us. From breathable lace to skin-friendly materials and lightweight construction, every detail is tailored to you for a truly 'weightless' feel.

How should I care for my wig?+

We provide full care guidance, and you're always welcome to return to the salon for professional maintenance.

I need a wig due to medical hair loss — will this be kept confidential?+

Please be assured. We hold your privacy in the highest regard and welcome every client, whatever the reason for their visit, with empathy and without judgement.

Where are you located, and is it easy to reach?+

We are at 1/F, Fu Kin Building, 27 Lung Kong Road, Kowloon City. Take the MTR to Sung Wong Toi Station, exit B3, turn right and it's about a 1-minute walk. Metered parking is also available nearby for those driving.

What is the salon like inside?+

We offer a calm, comfortable space for you to relax and enjoy your service, with a private area for clients who value discretion.

Is there aftercare support?+

Yes. We provide periodic extension adjustments, wig cleaning and maintenance guidance, and repair services — details are explained during your service.

What if I'm not happy with the result?+

Please let us know straight away and we will do everything we can to make it right, until you are satisfied.

How much does it cost?+

We are not the most expensive — simply the most attentive. Pricing varies by service and degree of customisation; we recommend a consultation, where we will provide a transparent quotation.
